Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AICNCT, operated by Innovius UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Elbestraße 1A, 14513 Teltow, Germany. By running a scan or creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

AICNCT analyzes how AI assistants and crawlers read a website and provides a graded report, monitoring, and tools to improve AI readiness. The free scan is provided as-is for evaluation.

2. Acceptable use

You may scan websites you own or are authorized to assess. You must not use the service to attack, overload, or probe sites without permission, to circumvent our rate limits, or to resell the free tier as your own product.

3. Purchases, subscriptions and billing

One-time purchases and paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and scope shown before purchase. The new Scan and Help offer is €199 once for one website: a detailed report, guided improvement help and one re-scan. Custom implementation is agreed separately. One-time purchases do not renew.

The new Connect offer is €49 per month for one website, with a six-month minimum term and a minimum commitment of €294, excluding applicable VAT. It includes standard agentic features and MCP for the supported scope agreed before activation. After the minimum term it renews monthly until cancellation takes effect. You may request cancellation at any time; ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term or, afterwards, at the end of the current paid monthly period. Statutory withdrawal and termination rights remain unaffected. No free trial is included unless expressly stated in your purchase agreement.

Existing customer agreements, purchased features and cancellation rights remain unchanged. Existing plans include a trial only where stated in their agreement. Prices are in EUR and, for business customers in the EU, shown net with applicable VAT calculated at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin a digital service immediately, that right may lapse once the service has been fully provided, as permitted by law.

5. Accuracy and honest analytics

Reports combine deterministic checks with modeled and AI-generated commentary. Benchmarks are modeled against typical sites and labeled as such. We do not fabricate that a specific person typed a specific prompt. Grades are directional guidance, not a guarantee of how any AI system will treat your site.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Innovius UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. The service is otherwise provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the current version here. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction for merchants is our registered seat.

8. Alexa skills

The shared Alexa skill “ai connect” and every per-business Alexa skill published through AICNCT are operated by Innovius UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

• Per-business skills. A business's own skill is published only on its owner's written authorisation.
• Answers. The skills answer from the business's own published information. Answers may be incomplete; check important details with the business directly.
