Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AICNCT, operated by Innovius UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Elbestraße 1A, 14513 Teltow, Germany. By running a scan or creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

AICNCT analyzes how AI assistants and crawlers read a website and provides a graded report, monitoring, and tools to improve AI readiness. The free scan is provided as-is for evaluation.

2. Acceptable use

You may scan websites you own or are authorized to assess. You must not use the service to attack, overload, or probe sites without permission, to circumvent our rate limits, or to resell the free tier as your own product.

3. Purchases, subscriptions and billing

One-time purchases and paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Plans include a free trial where stated; you can cancel any time from the customer portal and will retain access until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are charged once and unlock the stated features for the stated site. Prices are in EUR and, for business customers in the EU, shown net with VAT handled per Stripe Tax.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin a digital service immediately, that right may lapse once the service has been fully provided, as permitted by law.

5. Accuracy and honest analytics

Reports combine deterministic checks with modeled and AI-generated commentary. Benchmarks are modeled against typical sites and labeled as such. We do not fabricate that a specific person typed a specific prompt. Grades are directional guidance, not a guarantee of how any AI system will treat your site.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Innovius UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. The service is otherwise provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the current version here. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction for merchants is our registered seat.
